April 16, 2021: “Career in Japan” Webinar

The NC Japan Center recently held an informational workshop for our students at NC state and our community members, who are interested in living and working in Japan. We were extremely fortunate to host guest speakers Kristy Ishii, a JET Program alumna and former recruiter in Japan who now heads up her own career transitions and consulting business (Kristy Mariko, LLC), and Oyvind Lauritsen, a senior business development consultant at the Tokyo branch of British consultancy Intralink, as well as Country Manager for Japan at Bigtincan. This was a fantastic discussion, with questions for our speakers from attendees. If you’re interested in making a career in Japan, or just seeing if Japan is right for you, check this out!
