“Hinamatsuri” Food Workshop with Takayuki Chubachi

The NCJC had the honor of spending time with Mr. Takayuki Chubachi, a Master Gardener and skilled chef, and learned about making Japanese fare associated with “Hinamatsuri” (Doll’s/Girl’s Festival) in March, using readily available ingredients.
